What we collect
When you submit a form or chat with us, we collect the contact details you provide (name, phone, email), your clinic and interest selections, and the consent choices you make. If you accept analytics, we also collect page views, clicks, scroll depth, referring page, campaign parameters and a random identifier stored in a first-party cookie. If you decline, we use no identifier and no cookie, and only count anonymous page views.
What we ask you not to send
Please do not put diagnoses, medications, symptoms or other health details in our forms or chat. We discuss those privately during your visit.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule visits, improve this website, and, only if you opted in, send text messages about your appointment request and our services. Consent to text messages is never a condition of receiving care. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; we honor opt-outs promptly.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate the site and communications, and as required by law.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, we collect your mobile number, the date and wording of your consent, and your replies (including STOP). We keep the consent record and any opt-out permanently so we can honor your choice, and delete other message data on request. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone, except with our messaging service provider that delivers the texts on our behalf. Your choices
You can change your analytics choice at any time using "Cookie and tracking choices" in the footer. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of analytics. To request access to or deletion of your information, email [email protected].
Photo preview tool
If you use our optional "See your glow" preview, the photo you choose is resized in your browser and sent over an encrypted connection to our AI image service (Cloudflare Workers AI) solely to create the illustration. We do not save your photo or the result on our servers, we do not create or keep a faceprint or any template of your face, and we do not use your photo to identify you or to train models. The preview is for adults 18 and older, is an illustration only, and is not a prediction or promise of any result. Using it is never required to receive care. We keep only an anonymous count that the tool was used.
Automated assistant
Our chat assistant is an AI. Messages you send to it are stored so our team can follow up and improve it.
